At The Beaded Wire, we take pride in offering beautiful, custom-fit permanent jewelry designed to last. Each piece is welded with care, and your satisfaction is very important to us. Because life happens, we’ve created the following warranty and repair policy:
Weld Guarantee

We guarantee the weld (where your chain was connected) for 30 days from the date of purchase.

If your jewelry breaks at the weld point within this time, we will repair it free of charge.
Chain Breaks

Breaks that occur in the chain itself (not at the weld) are not covered under warranty, as chains can break if snagged, pulled, or caught.

We are happy to repair or re-weld these pieces for a small service fee plus the cost of materials if needed.
Lost Jewelry

Unfortunately, lost jewelry cannot be replaced under warranty. We recommend treating your permanent jewelry with care, just as you would any fine jewelry.
Out-of-Area Repairs

If you are out of state or unable to visit us in person, you may mail your jewelry to us and we can create a non permanent piece with a clasp.

- The Beaded Wire will cover the repair labor for weld issues within 30 days.

For non weld issues and chain repairs a service fee and shipping apply.
